What does Personal Training mean at Muskoka Fitness?

 

Personal Training is a partnership. Through fitness assessments counselling, and feedback, you and your trainer will set a plan of action for attainable fitness goals. Your Personal Trainer will then design a program specific to your needs, wants and lifestyle.

During each session your trainer will motivate and guide you through on-going exercise, while counselling you on such topics as weight loss or maintenance , muscle gain, nutrition , stress management and other health and fitness issues which interest you.
