but didn’t know where to start? Our 16 week motivational
program guides you every step of the way! Join us for unbeatable
group support and miles of fun! For anyone looking for a great
challenge to improve their fitness and friendships!
Program details
:-begins February 8th
-3 group sessions each week - Monday & Thursdays at 8
p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m.
-16 weeks for $199 non-members, $179 members, $149 for returning
participants
-Registration on NOW! Limited spaces available!
-possibility of joining for 8 week blocks

to Run – new session beginning April 2010
This supportive and progressive program
takes you through the basics from run/walking to completing
a 5 kms fun run!
Safe, effective and inspirational! We will show you how you
CAN set and fulfill your fitness goals!
