Half Marathon Training Program – June 14h.

Always wanted to run a half marathon, but didn’t know

where to start? Get ready for Muskoka's own 1/2

marathon scheduled for September 5th. Our 16 week

motivational program guides you every step of the way!

Join us for unbeatable group support and miles of fun!

For anyone looking for a great challenge to improve their

fitness and friendships!


Program details

-begins June 14th

-3 group sessions each week - Monday & Thursdays at 8

p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m.

-16 weeks for $199 non-members, $179 members, $149

for returning participants

* Spinning at Muskoka Fitness ($55.00 value! )

* Discounted registration for Sept 1/2 marathon

Learn to Run – new session July 2010

This supportive and progressive program takes you

through the basics from run/walking to completing a 5

kms fun run!

Safe, effective and inspirational! We will show you how

you CAN set and fulfill your fitness goals!
