8 Week Learn to Run program – Safe, Effective and Results Oriented

Description: 

Lose Body Fat & Tone your Muscles
Running is the best activity to help maximize fat loss but most new runners progress too quickly and experience overuse injuries such as shin splints and knee pain. This entry-level program will begin with a maximum of 1 minutes of jogging at any time and progress slowly over 8 weeks. You’ll learn the proper way to warm up before running and the most important stretches to do post-runs. Getting outside this spring for this group workout promises to be fun and to keep you motivated to ensure you stick to the program and experience great results just in time for Summer Solstice!

Location: Muskoka Fitness Club – Bracebridge

Cost: $99 for members$109 non members. Entire 8-week training program – That’s about $12 per week for your own Personal Coach
