Running the Warrior Dash July 9th?

Join us in our 8 week intensive Warrior Training Program ( WTP ) specifically developed to train your inner Warrior and the upcoming Horseshoe Valley Course.

Starting May 9th, this program will challenge your soul as we destroy your fears!

This outdoor program will venture through some of Muskoka’s favorite locations. We’ll lift and push and pull and twist. Ready?

 

Question: How do you prepare for the Warrior Dash?

Answer:

1.   Day one: run as far as you can. Go home.

2. Day two: do the same thing.

3. Day 3: Find the dirtiest pond in your neighborhood and snorkel in it – in your slippers, without goggles.

4.  Practice your climbing and crawling skills at your local jungle gym.  Ignore the small children and parental glares.

5.  Do not shower or shave for weeks in order to obtain a true Warrior look.

Question: What days will the training take place?

Answer: A warrior must be prepared for battle every day! However, we will work

Wednesdays and Fridays – 6am AND every 2nd Saturday

 

Question: I’m not running in the Warrior Dash. Can I still participate?

Answer: Only if you have the spirit of a Warrior! Remember you will be training along side those who are fearless, motivated and a little crazy!
