Personal Statement
Ride & Stride is interval training designed to improve cardiovascular health, while improving speed, and strength required of triathletes, adventure racers, cyclists and runners. Using spin bikes in combination with our trainers (elliptical machines, and treadmills). Different muscles are called upon for speed sets or stimulated hill climbs. Heart rates are repeatedly taken into safe limits, and allowed to recover over the duration of a session. Group motivation is a major component of the Ride & Stride class. It is also very goal oriented; you can come to improve your overall fitness, loose weight, shape, and sculpt you leg muscles. |
